The Design Challenge: To create an open and collaborative workspace design for this dynamic marketing and digital development agency.

Located in a new, modern structure on the Presumpscot River along the Westbrook River Walk, this busy marketing firm needed a collaborative workspace design to accommodate their 50 employees without private offices. The picturesque location, paired with an available 8,000 sq ft of space provided a rare opportunity to develop a creative workplace with an open floor plan. Their vision was achieved by centering the contemporary design around a “plaza” with an island, which now serves as a hub for social interactions while also offering a landing pad for larger meetings. This successful project exemplifies the client’s goals, leaving Ethos/Vont with a dynamic space to grow and thrive in.
